Family Photos

This would be my handsome HONEY Dean.  He spoils me rotten and I really do try to do the same for him.

This is my first daughter Toni on the left and my baby girl Stacy on the right.  These girls know how to have fun and keep us entertained. This photo was taken with Herbie at the old Misty's in Lincoln the night before a Husker game.
This is my 2nd daughter Michelle.  She lives in Indiana.  I don't get to see her often but she calls me every evening.  She's a darlin.

Meet My Family

I have many resolutions for this new year.  This is the first one - BLOGGING.  This blog will be all about my life, my wonderful family, and my stitching.  Mostly CRAZY QUILTING & Some sane quilting.   My husband and best friend  is Dean - We have been married only 15 years, but dated over 20 years.  I have three beautiful daughters.  Toni, Michelle and Stacy.  My son Johnny died in a car accident in 1979 at the tender age of 16.   I have three grand daughters - Johnna, Bethany, and Katie (Bug), three grandsons - Joe - Jordon and Ben.  My GR8 grandson Wyatt  (18 mo) belongs to Johnna and my Gr8 grand daughter Ella  (6 mo) belongs to Bethany.  There are many more in my extended family you will no doubt meet a little later.  I may post daily or several times a day or a week until I am up to date at least with my stitching journey.

Now is the Time

Finally - after months of hold ups and bad weather - I'm getting my hip replacement.  If you listen real hard about 11 Mountain Time on Fri you will hear me squeal.  Just the thought of them turning on that buzz saw and cutting on my bones give me the creeps.  I wish they hadn't explained the process so well.  I will have a new pain in the A__ but it will get better every day,   I know Ive been a bit of a grump lately and a little slow getting things done but all that will get better also.  This will be a new beginning for me.  Enough of the dreary stuff.  I will post some of the wonderful things that are happening in my online stitching groups in the morning.
